Whole Cooked Whelk is served in its natural Jade coloured spiral shell, offering an elegant presentation that is perfect for seafood towers, buffets, or simply served with butter and fresh lemon.

Available Cooked or Raw with the shell-removed and ready to use. Ideal for soups, chowders, gumbos, fritters or salads.
